I dont like a sand but the beache its so nice and expencive you pay for ewriting :) But its so nice for ruuning at the ewning cose the is 15-16 kilometars of beache

The only reason for me visiting Ulcinj was that it was a useful half-way point Between Berat, Albania and Kotor, my primary destination in Montenegro. I had low expectations of Ulcinj which is fortunate, because it didn't exceed them! It is basically a cheap, fairly run-down, low-end seaside town. The only day-time attraction appeared to be the Velika Plaza Beach which was crowded and unimpressive. The beach does have shower facilities and beds that can be rented.There are a couple of rows of restaurants and souvenir stalls on the road close to the beach. There is a fairground that opens at night. And there is an abundance of holiday apartments with only a smattering of actual hotels. Perhaps the low cost is the attraction, as people seem to travel here from all over Europe. For example, there were cars parked outside my apartment complex from Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Bosnia & Hercegovina. I also saw cars in the town from Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. Frankly, it surprises me that people would travel such distances to take a vacation in this town.

Really great beach! Very convenient location next to some shops in Ulcinj, as it's kinda tough to point where is exactly the centre of Ulcinj. You can have a rest, there are seats provided on the beach, as well as it's safe for the kids. The other great thing is that it's a beach right next to the Otrant hotel. So if you're staying at Otrant, it's impossible not to swim in the sea not even once.

We were here in the off season (September). The beaches close to Ulcinj were very dirty and full of garbage! Even the restaurants / beach bars did not clean their sites. I cannot believe the city / community is not doing anything against it. They should charge people for littering! It was very sad. But then we went further south to Copacabana Beach Club which was very nice and clean. And the beach was clean, too. Not so many people. So we would recommend to go as far away from the city as possible to avoid the masses and dirt.

It was the worst trip i ever had in my life. Full of garbage, o miserable place and ugly time. Not to mention the toilets. The sea was literally black. The city is very cramped, poorly systematized and crowded with houses tucked one into another in a full construction site. I would not come back there even if I win a free trip to Ulcinj. It was simply awful !!!

It's a no end sand beach ! Nice if you have kids, you can rent chairs and umbrella. The place wasn't too crowded when we went there, maybe because it was the end of the season (sept).

12 km of the finest sand and a smooth entry into the sea, clean water, beach restaurants and bars without loud music, free parking, not very crowdy (in august). Some places are not very clean, people leave trash in the sand.

обожаем Великий Пляж! Здесь в не сезон, да и в сезон, всегда можно найти место для уединения, детям здесь безумно классно, песочек, всегда можно покапать или построить замок))) место для релакса, 100%!!!

Ende Semptember war es am Copacabana Abschnitt schön und leer. Der Strand ist hier sogar relativ sauber. WLAN im Beach Restaurant. Die Infrastruktur (z.B. Stellplätze für Autos oder Sonnenschirme) sieht aber so aus, dass hier in der Saison alles überlaufen ist.

Шла из Улциня пешком до Великого пляжа. Поход для тех, кто любит пешие прогулки, в пути около 30 минут быстрым шагом. Тропинка начинается от гостиницы Альбатрос вдоль берега. Первая половина тропинки вдоль берега моря живописна. Идешь под вековыми соснами, между кустов ежевики и другой субтропической раститебльности, по теньку, встречаются черепахи и змеи. Вторая половина более трудна. Растительность заканчивается, приходится идти под палящим солнцем, в метре от тропинки крутой берег. иногда на пути выходы известняка- в этих местах можно оступиться. Сам Великий пляж не стоит особого внимания. Очень мелко, серый песок как пыль. Место на любителя или с маленькими детьми. Гораздо приятнее искупаться в живописных бухтах с чистейшей водой по пути к пляжу.

Семь километров великолепного песка и мелкого море, свежий ветерок позволяет кайтерам получить необыкновенное удовольствие от катания. Детя там просто супер - мелко, мягкий и полезный песок, почти отсутствует волнение. 2 лежака и зонтик примерно 5 евро в день.

Огромный пляж с почти черным мелким вулканическим песком рядом с Улцином. Длина почти 13 км. и ширина метров 100. Есть где позагорать.

La spiaggia più lunga dell'Adriatico....uno spettacolo! in lontananza le montagne che delimitano l'enorme distesa di sabbia sottile. Fantastico!!
