I enjoyed the uncontrived, bluff hospitality of the Lighthouse; the unobtrusive but friendly and knowledgeable engagement with the charming, and cosmopolitan proprietor.I bought a simple but evocative painting of the local oyster boats at sea. I am a sailor. the painting grows on me as does Bluff. The end of the world and the beginning of an experience of something being lost to humanity - a connection with nature, those who coexist with it and who take the time to share their good sense with those who need respite from a world gone mad.
