While it is a beautiful beach with picture perfect water it has one drawback. It is rocky as with coral. So not the clean white sand beach you might looking for. Other than that very nice. The water is very clear and while in February not the warmest it is still plenty warm to swim in. And did I mention the color of the water. It is the perfect turquoise color that you see in all the adds. It also has n nice bar and very friendly people working there

First time I ever Power Snorkeled. These guides were amazing. Saw MANY, MANY fish at the reefs. This is one activity you don't want to miss out on. Beach was clean and beautiful.

The first 15 feet are tough. Watch out for rocks and sea urchins. I highly recommend water shoes. My daughter stepped on two sea urchins and we had to remove three barbs. Painful going in but worse coming out. First Aid folks told me they had a lady with 20 barbs in her foot the week before. They recommended putting vinegar on them and leaving them in. I can't imagine walking or even trying to get around like that. We pulled them out and my daughter was fine. Now the good this is a very pretty beach and the snorkeling was good. We had a great time with a few minor setbacks that could have been solved by having water shoes.

This must have been nice before the hurricane that passed by on its way to Bermuda . Oct was not Kind to there beaches here / The sand was gone and cut Coral was everywhere . Folks were getting cut and falling all around us as we tried to make our way out to the reef ... The bar folks were friendly and helpful . They explained that the sand had been pulled from the beach just days before from a passing hurricane .... To bad a really nice beach !

This area has only been available to the public lately but it's a beautiful stretch of beach near town. The sand is fine and there are plenty of beach chairs at no extra charge. We were on a cruise and signed up for it as one of our excursions. The drinks were good, not too expensive. The gift shop was lacking and a bit high but the sales, day directed us to take the short walk up the road and we would find more souvenirs. There are cabanas and beach umbrellas for rent and plenty of water sport activities to keep the family busy. You just have to watch out for the rocks when you go in the water. But it's clear enough that you can see them.

We visited Bajari Beach as one of the packages we purchased while on our cruise. It's not that far from Grand Turk's port and the beach was beautiful. There are ample lounge chairs for guests, a beach bar where food and drink can be purchased, a small souvenir shop (they recommended we walk into the town, about 2-3 NYC blocks for a larger selection), and plenty of water sports. You also can rent a cabana (about $100 USD for the day) or a beach umbrella (about $15.00 USD), and the beach is WiFi capable but only within the roofed areas. They even offered us a sample of their rum punch drink to help get us started in a party mood. It's very cool to have servers coming out to take your drink orders and they were prompt and courteous. It was a very nice beach, with great snorkeling, very relaxing, but could be a good party atmosphere, with beautiful sand and cool tunes. It was my husband and me, but there were families with children there too. Barjari Beach has only been open for about 3 months (at the time of our visit) but I see them becoming a big attraction as it is a very nice beach. The only drawback was that there are large, sharp rocks in the water that you have to be careful of as you walk from the sand into the water.Let me add that I said there was a fee, but that was charged by the cruise line (and was minimal) for the bus taking us out to the beach. The only fees at the beach that I noted were for cabana or umbrella rental and for food, drink, and/or souvenirs.
