These cupcakes are worth a visit to see and devour when spending some time in Roanoke. We purchased a couple large cupcakes and a small variety of the minis. After sitting down in the nice little sunroom at Bubblecakes and eating a few minis, my husband & I went back a purchased one mini of all varieties. I believe there were 10. We have thoroughly enjoyed this little cupcake adventure and the opportunity to step away from Christmas shopping and crowds for a small time. Not to mention I got to pick out a special cupcake since it's my birthday. Bubblecakes should be a destination whether vacationing or living in the Roanoke Valley.

I ordered 8 cupcakes of all varieties from the Bubblecakes store on Crystal Springs. All varieties were really tasty (& beautiful)! We also bought 4 individual apple pies which were wonderful heated up with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. This location is really darling and offers a little seating inside & out.I hear she's opening up a pie shop soon which should be equally wonderful if her little apple pies were anything to judge by! Her displays of her baked goods were a work of art. Just beautiful!

Love this place and it's perfect shade of PINK door! I was going to buy 2-3 cupcakes and left with a dozen in a box and 1 perfect one just for me- immediately! YUM! Will definitely return :)

Our waitress at lunch told us the place was just around the corner. We stopped in for a couple of fantastic cupcakes. We had a maple one and a chocolate one. They were delicious and almost too pretty to eat. Will go back.

I love bubblecake. The cupcakes are huge and so tasty. I really loved the Drunken Pumpkin flavor in the Fall. The cupcakes are unique because there are so many different flavors of cake and icing. The cakes taste fresh too. They are all very pretty and the details are awesome. The stores Christiansburg and Roanoke are both decorated nicely and offer candies as well. I highly recommend.

These aren't cheap cupcakes, but they aren't skimpy either. They are worth the splurge now and then! It is fun to let the kids pick out a few on their birthday. One cupcake can easily feed 2 people. Such a fun variety. They are loaded with toppings. I've never had one that wasn't delish. They also carry some hard to find candies. Worth the visit!

I am from out of state and wanted to send my family a special treat for a birthday and Bubblecake came through! Ashley took my order, she was an absolute pleasure to speak with and made ordering easy and quick. They were nice enough to do a special delivery for me and the cupcakes arrived on time (even with all the snowy weather). It was a big hit with my parents and was the perfect gift! So glad to have found this company and can't wait to try these cupcakes myself on my next visit.

Walking in to this quaint little shop, we were greeted by the sweet smell of cupcakes. There were some really unique flavors. We ended up purchasing the oreo and the snickers and they were so yummy! We started a tradition of meeting in Roanoke once a year as it is a halfway point for mybest friend and I...Bubblecakes is a must next trip!

Very good selection and offering of cupcakes. Quality is good, but they are way high on the pricing side. ($3.75- $4.00) each. Probably one of the more expensive cupcakes I have eaten in the country. It's a good stop for one, but I clearly won't be buying a 6 pack to take home.If you have kids, they have a candy shop with lots of selection you can steer the kids too if all else fails and you need an adult fix!

This adorable house has the Best cupcakes I have ever eaten. It is a must visit in Roanoke.The menu changes daily. Try the Strawberry Shortcake or the Fat Elvis. Yum!!!
