查尔斯顿滨水公园

这里风景优美。在喷泉周围散步,然后去了外面的码头。 看了左边的约克镇和右边的Ft. Sumter。不远处还停泊着嘉年华的邮轮。

这是海滨另一道美丽的风景线。这里有两个喷泉,孩子们喜欢绕着喷泉跑来跑去的,有一家人可一起玩的秋千,有长椅,散步小道,风景美丽。这里静谧迷人,不容错过。

这个公园非常的特别,这是我们开车回家之前在查尔斯顿最后去的一个景点。我们坐在那里一边看着查尔斯顿湾、大桥,一边回味我们整趟旅程,一边欣赏着这个城市的美景。没有几个地方能给你如此宁静的氛围。这个公园保养得很好,我老婆孩子都很喜欢码头上的秋千,而且还有美丽的风景看。这里有一种很特别的浪漫风情,我们甚至还看到一对新婚的夫妇在拍纪念照。

从老市场沿着一条小径就能到这个漂亮的海边公园,城内的老区有很多不错的餐馆。

我们喜欢在公园里散步。那至少有两个喷泉,有很地方都有长椅。我们去散步时已经很晚了。我们走过青草地,漫步在木板人行道上。木板人行道旁有很多长椅,还有3、5个秋千(很适合情侣或者家人坐下休息一会儿)。

Upon arriving in Charleston we took a walk to see the water and this is where we ended up. So,so beautiful! We saw many dolphins in the water and the views were awesome. Everything was so clean and the trees and little places to sit were so pretty. Don't miss the special fountain ! Be sureand read about it and wade in.

The waterfront park was so peaceful and relaxing - perfect to walk around or just sit and take in the great views of the bay and the Ravenel bridge. There are several fountains (including the famous pineapple one you see in a lot of Charleston pictures) that are very pretty and fun to splash around in if you want :) We walked there after lunch in one of the many nearby restaurants, but it'd also be a great place to bring a picnic lunch and eat outdoors.

When you visit Charleston, plan a picnic in Waterfront Park ! Gaze across Charleston Harbor towards Patriots Point. View the Ravenel Bridge. Enjoy a long pier that extends out into the water for distant views of Ft. Sumter to the right. There are fountains, plenty of bench seating and its an awesome place to walk your dog! If you are a runner, plan a route that starts at the Battery and carries around through Waterfront Park. Don't miss it!

Even though we were there in Feb. 2015 on one of the coldest days in Charleston, we enjoyed walking along the water and watching the dolphins in the bay. At sunset there was a great photo op of the aircraft carrier across the bay. Beautiful homes along the park too.

This location has many different view points. You could just sit or laydown and read a book or stare across the water at Ft Sumter. When I went the cruise (Carnival) just came in so I was able to take pictures and look at that great ship. There are fountains and even a resturant. We never went there as it seems all the resturants seem to leave their windows open and the day we visited, it was very very hot... But take some time and enjoy the view.

of historic Charleston and visit this lovely park. The views of the harbor are spectacular. The famous "pineapple fountain" is located inside this park. It's a lovely place to just casually stroll around and drink in the peace and quiet. Well worth your time

A very pleasant stroll. As we were off season we saw many locals enjoying this area with children and pets.

Watched dolphins swim in the bay just off waterfront park. . . the beautiful Pineapple fountain (a representation of Southern Hospitality) is gorgeous morning noon and night! Be sure to stand facing the water and hear the special echo!

Amazing views and the history is great! It was a warm day and the sun was perfect for us Canadians.In the summer it was be amazing!
