Tip: park in the back; street parking is limited to three hours, which is not enough to enjoy this museum. Another tip: you can come and go. We wandered through the exhibits, thirstily drinking in the gorgeous colors and textures; and then went to lunch (at Bosphorous, right down the main street) and returned, refreshed, for another hour. From the reception desk, where we were greeted warmly, to the videos that were provided for orientation (another tip: watch them, they add a lot to the experience), to the non-overbearing guards, the whole experience...you know...the ART...was stunning. It's wonderful that the Morses and Geniuses had enough money and artistic sophistication and philanthropy in their hearts to make this incredible collection so accessible to the public.

From Tiffany lamps and jewelry to stained glass designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the museum houses an amazing selection of all facets of artwork. I enjoyed the large selection of Art Nouveau. We'll worth the $5 fee.

An extensive collection of the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany, from glass to lamps to stained glass windows. Even a complete chapel and the pillars of his patio! Its located in a wonderfully scenic part of old town Winter Park with lovely restaurants nearby. Don't miss this place.

Please do not pass up a chance to visit this museum. Its very unassuming entrance camouflages the delights inside. You will be unprepared for how extensive the museum actually is. Without giving anything away, you are in for a treat! Plan to spend several hours and wear comfortable shoes - In addition to coming to the realization of the artistic genius of L. C. Tiffany, various types of artistry are also on display. Adult admission is $5. Well worth the entry fee. Enjoy and be prepared to be amazed even if you aren't the artsy type.

There's a 20 minute video I'll see next year. More than just Tiffany lamps and windows although Tiffany is the focus on the museum. The chapel has to be seen to be believed. Just north of the park. Free on Friday evenings.

Though we admire the work of Tiffany studios, we aren't especially knowledgeable about it, or about art pottery of the same period. Perhaps for those very reasons, this museum just blew us away. The Tiffany chapel reassembled here, the story behind it, the rooms from the Long Island estate, and, yes, stained glass lamps and art pottery were superb. Everything was displayed with taste and understatement, with lots of good information available in each of the galleries to help you understand what you are seeing. Nominal fee, lovely location in Winter Park, a memorable visit!

My favorite place to visit is the Fabulous inlaid altar and baptismal font. It is truly an extraordinary feat of man's love for art and hisinspiration to create. Must see.

"Eye Candy" is the phrase that kept popping into my mind as I wandered around this truly lovely art museum in Winter Park, largely focused on the work of Louis a Comfort Tiffany. The beautiful, rich, variegated color of the many stained glass windows, vases, dishes and other decorative pieces were awesome. It was well worth a drive from Orlando where we were vacationing to see this fabulous collection. Great museum gift shop, too!

Park Avenue in Winter Park is a charming destination. Stroll the avenue and enjoy a meal at one of the many great restaurants, but don't neglect the north end, where the Morse Museum sits. The museum holds the world's greatest collection of Tiffany glass and object d'art recovered from the artist's estate in Long Island after a fire. The exhibits are breathtaking.Do yourself a favor and put this on your list of "must sees" for Central Florida.

My husband and I visited the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum for the first time. The Museum is conveniently located just across the street from public parking deck. Admission was just $5 a person. It had a very impressive collection of Tiffany glass art items. Though we were glad to have visited this museum, we thought the lack of individual labels near the items made the viewing very awkward. We had to pick up pamphlets at entrance of each gallery and match the descriptions in the pamphlets to the items, not all of them were numbered clearly.

This a great museum highlighting the life of Louis Comfort Tiffany. The numerous exhibition pieces were beautifully arranged and attracted us back for a second time to explore it more. The cost of this museum is very low especially Friday nights (free). I would highly recommend a trip to Winter Park to take in this museum!

If you are anywhere near Winter Park, you owe it to yourself to visit this museum. What an advantage to find such an incredible collection of Tiffany glass in one place.

The Morse has a unique history and special story about it's beginning. It houses the largest collection of Tiffany Glass I have ever see and that includes New York and Boston. They have even re-created several of the rooms from his home and they are fantastic. The docents give a wonderful guided tour, but you can also tour on your own. Very different things here, all are beautiful and well displayed. The staff is outstanding, welcoming and so helpful. DO NOT MISS this museum. A special treat for all.
