Fun, funky, cool place to hang with friends, have a beer or wine and they feature some great live music. Feels as comfortable as a beach bar. I'm not from the area but it also feels a bit like "Cheers; where everybody knows your name". The salad with strawberries was good that I ordered from their new food menu. We were there for Valentine's night, the band was Grace & The Victory Riders & they were awesome. Great vibe, loved their music!!!

Went here with several friends on a Tuesday night. Live music was fun to listen to and bar had several great beer selections. Be sure to try the green tea IPA from Stone brewing!

This place is just a garden party! The seating is so cute! Live music every night! And just a great place to hang out! I read some of the comments about service... Not the kind of place to go if you think you are going to sit down and be waited on. And I'd say the biggest drawback is not enough restrooms! It is about the music, atmosphere and being with friends you have to belly up to the bar festival style and chill out. It is definitely the "hippest" place in Stuart! Just love it!

This is a very laid back night spot that offers nice local bands. It is simple and cozy, it is all outdoors. It offers a variety of experiences depending on the venue.

We were there for the drum circle and open mic night and it was great! The guys singing were awesome. The people were very friendly they invite you right in even tho you can tell there are a lot of regulars. I highly suggest stopping by if you are in town!

We went here for a birthday party with several couples. Large craft beer selection. Outside seating and live reggae music made it a very nice evening. Parking is the only downside to this place.

This place is a great local hangout. I love being outside and this foots the bill. Very interesting decor and seating areas. When the weather dictates there are fires to keep you warm. At times there is food served and when I was there it was an outside food vendor, the food was good. The real take is socializing, great cold beers and different musical venues. Last night was a cold Michelob Ultra and (sorry I can't remember the singer, Ben Prestage?) a guy that sang country folk I guess. He was a one piece band and wore a train conductors hat...he was AWESOME! Come on out and have a drink, listen to some music and meet some new friends. It's the perfect place to go on your way home from dinner.

Terra Fermata has never disappointed me in any way. If servers are busy, it's easy enough to go to the bar and order, so man up you who whined in a review! The atmosphere and décor are unlike that of any other place I've settled into for an afternoon or evening of beer, wine and good music. I watched it blossom from its inception and will attest to its creator's originality. Immediately relaxing is the best way to describe its garden atmosphere with funky furniture, rock formations, lighted tall trees, brick walkways & dance floor in front of some of the area's best live musicians. How can anyone complain about that? Just one suggestion: treehuggers would like to see more fertilizer/compost put around the Royal Poinciana so it will bloom more gloriously each year! Never enough staff on we continuously wait up to a half hour to be served...owner doesn't think it's his duty to make sure his clientele is happy....quote..." it's not my job to serve you"...honestly will never go back after that line which is a shame since we were there the day they opened and tried to give it chances ...red wine never stored in a cool dry place...not enough bathrooms and no air conditioning in bathrooms. ...needs more shade and fans with misting. ....will give a thumbs up on music though...

Different outdoor situation...could improve upon the food choice situation..EXCELLENT bands entertain you especially if you want to drink & enjoy a night under the stars~

Terra Fermata is an unexpected spot for a beer or wine and live music in a fun and eclectic atmosphere. A fun outdoor venue with an assortment of tables & garden ornaments winding among interesting landscape. We were there on a quiet night, had excellent bar service with knowledgable beer suggestions, friendly patrons & nice acoustic music. No food but a must stop for a unique bar experience that proves Florida does not close down at dusk.

This is a great little getaway for those seeking a refuge from the hustle and bustle. And, bonus, it's in the heart of the city so if you're stuck in traffic... There's a cool place to wait it out. The entire garden is filled with interesting objects, like the ginormous wind chime that you'll miss if you're not looking closely, and tables and chairs in the sand. The service is great and there is live music most nights (maybe every night). Food is not served, but there is a food truck on site for evenings and weekends. Fun place.

I have been waiting for a cool tiki bar in Stuart for a while. Great bands, Awesome selection of craft beers and wine and now a onsite food truck with a TV for games. This place has a really cool atmosphere to be enjoyed by all ages. FYI: place shuts down at 10pm because of its location close to residences. The only thing missing here is the ocean! If you have not been your really missing out!

I have been going to Terra Fermata for a while now. That said it was the logical place for my wife and I to hold our 25th anniversary party. Ron and his staff made the planning and execution of a the event so easy. His staff were attentive, The caterer that he recommended was spot on, The band (The Ohana Band) was awesome and as per usual the atmosphere and service were incredible. If you are looking for a casual place, with an amazing selection of beers, excellent food (courtesy of the food truck that is on site), Great live music every night and incredible atmosphere. Then you will love Terra Fermata..
