pinafore park

Anytime of year this park is beautiful. Winter time it's a wonderland of white and springs and summers finds it awash in colour and full of kids having fun. There are walking, biking, skating trails. Tennis courts, an outdoor wedding Pavillion, water park, picnic tables, swings, etc. Something for everyone!

Lovely park that has beautiful gardens and lots of mature trees. Great place for a walk. Owned by the city and very well maintained.

Wonderful, big park in a small town. Very spacious and lots to do for everyone. Bandshell, picnic areas, playgrounds, etc... Very well kept and clean. Saw a wonderful antique car show last summer.

This is one of the most popular parks in St.Thomas. The area is peaceful and tranquil. There is an area for weddings and great picture areas. There is a fantastic kids play zone.

This park is clean, well maintained, excellent for bike riding, walking, jogging, roller bladding etc. Kids will have fun in the water park and playground, which is also adapted for the handicapped. Seniors can take their walkers too. Just Beautiful.

We have spent many afternoons at pinafore park. The splash pad is always a hit during the summer, and the play equipment is great. There are plenty of picnic tables and trees to offer some shade, as well as paths to take a quiet enjoyable walk. The grounds are also very clean and well kept.

We recently had our family picnic in Pinafore Park. We were unable to rent one of the pavilions as they were already rented out, but decided to go ahead and have our picnic there anyway. We were able to get a large area of space with 6 picnic tables which more than accommodated what we needed. Washrooms were nearby and we were near the splash pad for the kids and the play area which accommodates all ages of children. Also parking was close so we didn't have to carry out coolers too far either. It's a lovely park and very large with lots to see and do. Will definitely go back for next year's picnic.

not too far from home.lovely park to walk or bike through.We go there a lot to see the swans.we do not have any children but there is a wonderful playground with lots to do and a water feature for the children

Spacious . Lots of work done last year. More parking areas, lovely pavilions ..great place to walk ..with or without the dog. Flowers are beautiful summer to fall

Lots of space. Fun splash pad for kids. Swings, etc. picnic table available. Train rides available in the summer. Beautiful lights to see during Christmas season.

Although its not as grand as in past years, the display of lights thru the park is definitely worth a drive. There is a shuttle that runs or we walk the loop & admire the work. This is a beautiful spacious parkland right in the heart of the city. In early December local organizations set up beautiful light displays making it truly a winter wonderland

Very nice park with plenty of beautiful flower beds, a mini lake with swans and water turtles. This an excellent recreation place for families with young children, there is a shallow swimming pool with a water fountain mist for hot summer days. The park is full of shade trees under which some people have a picnic, read a book or play a lawn ball game. There is few kilometers of hiking trail through the woods, in the summer weekends you can listen to music concert at the centrally located auditorium with an acoustic shell and during the Christmas season enjoy the festival of lights

Nice little park with lots of sunny areas or shady ones whatever you are looking for. Nice splash pad and play area for the little ones. Great place for the family picnic!
